Here’s a list of 10 foods you should try if you are experiencing acid reflux symptoms:
Apple cider vinegar
Interestingly enough, even if apple cider vinegar contains acetic acid, for many people it still serves as a natural remedy for heatburn and acid reflux. You can take this natural remedy with a glass of water by adding 1 or 2 tablespoons. It works for many people, but not for all, so it is always smart to keep around a second option.
Carrots
They are fantastic to provide relief if you are having this burning sensation right now. You can blend it into carrot juice and drink one cup a day, or just add it to your diet.
Thyme and Rosemary
