1. Intertrigo.

2. Dermatofibroma.

It is another reddish skin rash that is common in women. It usually occurs on lower legs. But it is actually the nodules being exposed on the skin surface. It is non-cancerous and common to have more than one.

3. Irritant Contact Dermatitis.

As the name suggests, this is the result of repeated exposure to mild soaps, alkali, detergents and other such substances. These substances basically act as irritants and results in the rashes.

4. Blood Spots.

Petechiae or blood spots, are another most common condition that can be concluded if you have red colored dots on your skin. These are caused by bursting of blood capillaries under the skin. These are flat to touch and can be due to sunburns and various injuries.

5. Hives.

Hives are simply caused by allergens of various kinds. These usually feel bumpy and can last from a few hours or few days before subsiding.

6. Rosacea.

Now, this is something that you should really get checked before it gets too far. It is a chronic skin condition, that causes tiny red pimples on the skin. Unlike other skin rashes, it appears only on the face.
